The Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Community Regional Planning Commissioners are responsible for the development of the Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Plan as they represent multiple sectors within its designated service area/planning district which is defined as the geographic area located within the external boundaries of the Lake Traverse Reservation.
