For any organization that applies for funding from the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) for planning, an annual Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) Plan is required. We have been working with the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate since 2019 and helped generate over $8 MILLION in grant funding for their people. In 2022, Santicola & Company was awarded a contract to write the SWO CEDS plan for 2023-2025.
