Beverly Santicola | President
Beverly is a visionary, grant writer, fund developer, strategic planner, problem solver, program designer, project facilitator, film producer, idea generator, public speaker, and capacity building consultant. Over the past fifteen years, she has focused her expertise and energy in the arenas of community development, youth leadership, and collaborative partnership building for Native American Tribes, national associations and government agencies. In the past seven years working with the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, she has won more than 30 film awards, including 21 Telly Awards and two-People’s Choice Awards in 2021 for Our Culture is Our Strength, focusing on substance and suicide prevention. The signature branded Growing Ute language preservation book earned one silver and four gold Anthem Awards in 2022 in the category of Arts, Education and Culture.

Marc H. Santicola | Secretary, Treasurer
Marc is a retired financial/accounting executive with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and the energy industry. He held various Controllership and Director of Finance positions with Fortune 500 companies at the corporate, divisional and plant levels, working in executive leadership, project management, financial planning, systems implementation, organizational restructuring and divestiture.
Responsibilities for financial performance, reporting, system design and controls have involved revenues upwards of $10 billion. Being able to build and motivate teams spanning different cultural, generational, and national differences were some of the attributes that afforded him a 40-year career working for multinational corporations. Marc holds a MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Amanda Shepler | Grant Writer, Strategist
Amanda Shepler (lead writer) has more than 15 years of professional working experience with a variety of clients including school districts, institutes of higher education, charter schools, community-based agencies, tribal governments, municipalities, art and education agencies, youth service agencies, business ventures and start-ups, mental health agencies, hospitals and clinics, museums, and planetariums.
She has won more than $100 million in grants for clients, including nearly $2M for Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Tribe. Amanda has a master’s degree in History from Buffalo State College (2006) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Studies in Education (2003). She has worked in the nonprofit arena since 1997 starting as Program Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Clubs. Amanda Shepler has worked with Santicola & Company since 2014 and has significantly contributed the company’s overall success.

Anthony Two Moons | Photographer
Born in Denver, CO, Anthony Two Moons (Southern Arapaho) studied visual arts and photography at the Brooks Institute of Photographic Art and Science in CA
After graduation, he took on assignments throughout the world, working with high-profile celebrities and influential talent, exhibiting his work in galleries. In 2000, Anthony presented a solo art show sponsored by the National Museum of the American Indian at the Smithsonian.
Anthony actively works with prestigious clients, including L’Oréal, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Estée Lauder, Vogue, and GQ among others. He devotes his expertise to Indigenous pursuits to benefit communities such as the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in Southwestern Colorado, where he teaches periodically.
